MSFW 2015: The Emerging Runway 2

Runway 2 should be renamed Designer Couture Showcase. Each piece was outstanding and unique as these students, yes I said students have whipped up their collection in just under six weeks. Students from  Kangan Institute, Holmesglen Institute, Box Hill Institute, Whitehouse Institute of Design and FashionMasters all showcased their daring and inspiring collections. Which I loved as what was showcased were far from your usual contemporary women's wear. It ranged from  painted prints to romantic formal wear and leather show stopping pieces parading down the runway. 

Of course being a former Kangan fashion student I'm going to play favourites with this review. The girls were nervous pre-show  as they were eager in anticipation to show off what they've worked so hard on!  Reassuring them that all of them are such creative talents who are ready for the industry!
