The cherry blossoms were out in full bloom for South Australia's most notable lunches during Adelaide Fashion Festival, The Variety on King William. We escaped to the orient and enjoyed a day of oriental cuisines, dragon dancing, food and wine in celebration of a good cause with reaching $20,000 fundraising target, raising money for the silent
victims of domestic violence this Christmas for SA kids.
Setting the mood before the show, we were treated to a small parade, models weaved their way amongst the crowd with white parasols in tow, wearing lush pink tones, getting us excited to what was to be shown on the Adelaide's longest runway.
The back of house crew walked from Adelaide to Brisbane.
A whopping 1934 KM was the combined total of kilometers from the team behind the scenes, who for the first time tracked the distance on fitness watches supplied by Novatech Creative Event Technology.
Whilst viewing the latest Spring/Summer trends from King William Road were showcased by 45 models in a gorgeous runway show on Adelaide’s longest runway. Pieces paraded down with stunning models from notable stores by designers from Liza Emanuele, Muse Boutique,Eco D , Move Over Menswear, Wild Child Style Lab, Coltish,The Ark Clothing Co., Elizabeth V, Designer Exchange, Denim Iniquity,Denim and Cloth,Cable Melbourne.
How does one lunch? Only in the most fashionable way of course at Variety on king Williams. We enjoyed a beautiful four-course Asian inspired menu by Ichitaro Dining, Light Bulb Café, Parisi’s,
Stumps Bistro, Mulots Patisserie and By Blackbird matched with fine SA wines from Tomich, Fox Gordon and Wicks Estate.. , if you do intend to fly down for AFF this is the runway to attend.
Thank you little lion PR for having me. So much love.
